Have used Personalise several times: excellent fast service, good artistic work and very reasonable. We have purchased items from the store itself - baby gifts, soft toys, clothing etc, which we have then had embroidered. We have also taken our own items to the shop where they have personalised them to order. Makes a present even more special when personalised with name, date, occasion - whatever is appropriate. Terrific service.

Used this place recently for my daughters uniform polo top jade green colour as her school was taking months to order her one in of a bigger size. And I spoke with Georgia who gave the BEST Customer service I've ever had. Polite, friendly, well spoken, good advice, offered to take pics of different sizes and email me so I could see the difference, calm, understanding and patient. And I only waited a week for collection. Price was brilliant and polo top fitted perfectly.. I would highly recommend this place and I currently am to other mums.
