It's never a good time to organise a funeral, because there is so much else going on when a loved one passes. The staff at Richards were truly exceptional: I felt entirely held and supported both through the preparations and on the day itself. They all did just what they said they would do, and to an excellent standard - from newspaper announcements to orders of service to flowers: it's exactly the kind of helpfulness you need at such a time. The funeral itself received universally-positive feedback from all who attended: it struck the perfect tone of mourning and celebration, and the dignity and poise with which everything was done was second-to-none. I'd unhesitatingly recommend Richards to anyone.
