OK for a quick overnight stay. Cold room. Heater worked when it wanted and the dial thermostat on it was broken. Just went round and round. Single glaze window. No curtain in bathroom and louvre window duct taped to stop draught. Don't expect breakfast here but there's a Morrisons about a mile down the road.
Lovely venue for parties, meetings etc. Food and service excellent
Fantastic house and grounds. Our 4 children and wives surprised us by booking a fabulous few days away. We had complete run of the house and grounds. With seven bedrooms 2 en suite it easily accommodate our brood. A fully equipped huge kitchen. With a separate games room with a full sized table darts and many other games it had plenty to occupy us all. Not forgetting the hot tub. Plenty of toys for the toddlers and younger members. A huge 5 star rating. Owners on hand in their property adjoining the Manor house should we need anything. XxxxX
The room was very run down and freezing cold the small radiater wasn't efficient and turned off overnight. There was no heat at all in the bathroom. It seems they concentrate on the main areas and neglect the rooms. The saving grace was the staff, no complaints there.
Decently priced, very clean hotel. Good food right on top of 12 so great transport links
