Absolutely appalling restaurant. 45mins after placing our order on the Just Eat app, we were informed that our order wouldn't be delivered because we were 5mins out of their delivery area. After calling the restaurant to explain that we lived within their delivery radius (they had misread my address), I was told very rudely that my order was now cancelled and to go elsewhere! The guy even took another call while I was speaking with him on the phone! I could not believe it. Wouldn't touch this place again, even with a 100 voucher.
Disgusting. Called 50 minutes after ordering to say he refused to deliver as he got the address mixed up and will not deliver to me, though I am 5 minutes away from the address he confused it with. Restaurant was shouting over the phone to me and not letting me talk. Wasted an hour of my time, gave horrendous service, rude over the phone and cancelled the order - other people have said the same on reviews. Massively avoid if you want to eat food.
family have ever had! Said delivery time was 30mins came an hour and 20 mins later! The delivery driver who seemed under the influence didn't even apologise for lateness gave change in all 10p's (E5 worth) and food was cold and burnt when arrived Phoned restaurant to complain to only be told they would replace food which I declined due to it being a treat for my children who were hungry and would probably be in bed when it was redelivered! Not a happy customer and won't be going there again!
