Great local company would always recommend them, great experience all round.
Genuinely the worst experience we have ever had with a letting agent. They were incredibly unhelpful with every query we ever had. I rung them about 12 times over the course of 3 months to have our shower fixed. We ended up having to get our own engineer out to fix the issue. We moved out a month ago and have only just heard back from them regarding our deposit, which we still have not received. They said that as they had an issue with another property they forgot about us and cannot help us until Monday (currently Friday). We also had a few other issues with the washing machine and the dishwasher that we ended up going straight to the landlord about as we knew that WitLet would not be helpful and didn't want to wait another few months. It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. AVOID.
