Been a customer for over 10 years. Prices and delivery are ok BUT there is NO customer service and my attempt to buy additional equipment failed due to their non response to several emails and phone calls. In the end I bought it from another supplier. In addition I have just been locked out of my online account which prompted this review. BTW: I am purchasing goods 3k every month! Time to appreciate your customers or you will loose them!
The supply chain is working fine. But we have bought the dental chair from them and the suport is rubish. Very unprofessional. Failed to attend twice to fix a new dental chair, which broke 3 times in the 1st two months. I called them 7-8 times. Every time I had to stay on the line for at least 10min. till I've got an answer. Then same answer every time "We don't know why engineer didn't come, I will call you back" . 3 out of 5 times they don't call back. By the end of the day I had to chase them and shout to get someone to come. As well engineer comes whenever he wants, interupting your work. You cannot schedule exact time. They come in the best scenario in two - three days time, which costs to the practice a lot of money. There seems to be a big issue with the management. Very dissapointed to get such service.
