Vets Now Witham came to my rescue yet again when my beloved cat needed to be seen out of hours. They were very efficient.

Absolutely terrible vets ! I rushed my little 4 year old baby cat as he stopped breathing! I was asked if I wanted him revived well yes I just rushed here ! The 10 minutes later a vet came out saying he wasn't responding do you want me to continue ?! I said well no not if he isn't responding so she the said do I want to take him home so yes I do . She leaves a d another girl walks in with a card machine and an invoice for 225 ?!?!?! I mean my baby has just died and for the 20 minutes I was there they charge me that!!!! Place is a joke !!!!
Took my elderly cat here on a Sunday and was apprehensive about using an emergency vet as I thought it may provide an impersonal service at a difficult time. My cat needed to be euthanised and I felt that both the vet and the vet's assistant provided a compassionate and honest service and treated him in a very caring way which made the whole process easier. I don't feel that I could have asked for a better service at such an emotional time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vets.
