Very good doctors never been disappointed. My husband has just seen Dr Farhan Sheikh and said he was good .
One doctor misdiagnosed my wife with muscle spams but when she had a scan she had 3 disc protrusions and compression. She already had disc problems for 5 years but doctor didn't listen. He was also rude when we first met him as we both required a fit note for dwp as we both have chronic back problems and his words were " you can have one fit note but don't ask for anymore and he had patients with cancer and they Worked. Always slow or forget to do repeat prescription. And one receptionists acts as if she owns the surgery. Terrible place.
Probably thee worst, most rudest most unhelpful staff ever, you do realise when the phone rings it means ANSWER THE PHONE, 46 times I called once just to get an appointment, I ask every month for my prescriptions to be sent to my nominated pharmacy for delivery, yet it sits at the front desk defeating the point of having my medication delivered. Then I have to get someone to pick up my meds they then go to the boots pharmacy next door who never have anything in stock that I need. As its run by virgin its about time I make a formal complaint to virgin and show them the reviews and my call records. Im sure soon the lady with buckt teeth along with her fellow miserable team mates will be sacked. I wont rest on this one.
Never ever does this doctors surgery answer the phone! I've been trying since 11 o'clock this morning to cancel my appointment due to something come up! And I'm unable to cancel because no one is answering the phone.
You will be lucky to get through to anyone! The few times i have had an appointment the doctors and nurses were lovely, and friendly.. however i havent been able to get through the last few weeks if ive ever tried. Going to have to find an alternative! apparently our local doctors no longer take calls! Disappointing.
