Garlic bread was burnt and the worst I've had from any dominoes. Shame was so looking forward to my meal.
Would give 0 stars if possibles. When we called the lady who picked up the phone, spoke to us with a stinking attitude. As the conversation continued she accused me of being blind when I requested a pizza that I saw online and asked for. She raised her voice at me and refused to serve me even when my mum called up after me. I would avoid this branch at all costs
Waited over 90 minutes for our food, called the store and was told it had just been sent out for delivery (already marked as delivered on the app) and waited another 25 minutes for it to be delivered.Order arrived cold and was missing one of our sides! Driver said they would be back ASAP with a replacement but never arrived.I live 5 minutes from the store.1/5 - wouldnt order from Witham Dominos again.
Ordered a custom pizza, nothing like what I ordered. Rang up to get a refund or a re-order to be told that Id have to wait an hour and a half whilst my partner has his pizza.
I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered pizza and sides at 6:45pm. Settled down to watch programs and hopefully tuck into a pizza at the same time. An hour later, 7:45pm, app states pizza is finally out for delivery. So we wait. At just gone 8pm, I decide to ring the place, as its only 5 minutes down the road. The staff member checks and says its out for delivery and should be with you in a few minutes. After 15 minutes I call back. Another staff member apologies and says the driver should be with us soon as according to his log, he is due back at the place in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, and by this time it has been 2 hours since our order was placed, I call back again and ask to speak to the manager. This incompetent man then tries to tell me that not only has the driver been to our address (which weve been standing in looking out of the front window waiting for our pizza in for the last hour) but he has also called me to which he got no reply, and this to the same phone that has been in my possession the whole time, has been used to call the place 3 times and which has not rung once. So either the driver is lying to the manager or he manager is lying to me, a paying customer. He then goes on to tell my wife that he expects us to pay for stone cold pizza which is over 2 hours late. Im sorry, but even on a busy Saturday night, that is absolutely diabolical.
