Ordered fish and chips tasted horrible took it back to ask for fresh fish guy admitted its frozen fish not fresh won't be using again

Absolutely disgraceful, very rude delivery driver f'ing and blinding, the food was disgusting they gave us small portions and charged us large. Food was awful disgusting.
Right now I wouldnt even rate them 1 star. Over an hour late to which the driver didnt apologise or acknowledge it. Opened the bag to find two burnt burger buns and burgers and the chips looking on the well done side also- wont even refund it either! Wouldnt recommend even going there. Disgusting
Paid over 40 quid for a takeaway for my kids and friends and it was awful most of it ended up in the bin. The pizza was like eating just a big pile of dough, kebabs were just fat , nuggets and chips were burned. It's sad really because the servers are so pleasant and well mannered.
