Tried off the back of a voucher tonight, so just cheese burger and chips on the cheap. Really lovely service and excellent food too. Looking forward to trying something off the main menu soon!
This is the first time I've got food from here and im very disappointed. My hotdog was warm both portions of chips looked terrible and greasy my partners hot dog was also warm and too salty. All that for 22 never againOn a positive note Amy was really helpful and friendly whilst taking my order
Went here with my daughter several weeks ago. Her hotdog bun had green mould on the side. I emailed them to conplain and they said i could either have a full refund or to come back and get a free meal as a way of apology. I replied and said that we would just want a refund as it really put us off having anything else from there again. 5 weeks on and 4 chaser emails later I still haven't had a reply. Make sure you check your food before eating! We won't ever go back again.
Rather disappointing - burger was barely warm, bun was stale, haloumi fries over cooked & crispy sweet potatoes fries soggy - not worth 15. Cheap chipboard on lower half of window made it look like window had recently been smashed rather than hip. I left the food & the place at speed. I wont be going back there.
The food is decent, though my chips were massively over salted. The staff are friendly.It is a shame that I must write a bad review for a local business but what brings the score down to 1 star is the disgusting waste. All meals whether you eat in or take away are served with plastic cups, cutlery and straws and other disposables, whether you ask for them or not. Even if you don't use the cutlery it gets chucked away with everything else all in one bin; no recycling. I won't be eating there again until they can be bothered doing some washing up and/or recycling! Sorry.
