Truly awful. My car was sent here via my insurers for a minor repair. They had three failed attempts to repair the damage. Eventually my insurer sent their own assessor to confirm the repair was unsatisfactory. It was sent to another repairer who had to replace panels damaged by Briarsford and respray 60% of the car. I haven't even mentioned the farce over my MOT that they failed to deal with professionally. I've only given one star because I had to - Zero stars is not an option. I hope this was just an isolated incident and they learn from my experience.
Would give a lower rating of possible.Took my wife's car there for them to look at and the owner reversed in to it with another car he was "fixing".I then bought it to his attention and he tried to brush it off.Wouldn't recommend this company at all.
Good repair agent quickly resolved problems
Not a place to take your vehicle, not only carry out poor repairs but refuses to accept independent engineers report identifying items of concern. Car returned in a condition where it failed its MOT. In collusion with AA insurance then spent more on Solicitors and Barristers fees ensuring that I would not get a fair hearing in court by using court procedure. I would suggest do not be tempted by AA to take your car to this garage and have a hassle free repair. Not insured by AA it was just the fact that their vehicle damaged mine whilst stationary. when vehicle correctly repaired the repairer could not understand such a poor repair could have been completed. Photos available to prove poor standards and will send to anyone interested.
Insurance Company sent me here but if you had to put your car in anywhere I would choose them above anyone . From taking the car in and their down to earth wonderful staff i would recommend them with my five stars any day of the week. What a wonderful ethos the Company has!
