Having dealt with many trade professionals over the years, I cant remember ever dealing with a employee from a large company that was as attentive or as approachable as Lionel. It was a difficult situation but he never let me or my customer down, always doing what he said he would within the time frame he set. This situation has cost us a lot of money and doing the right thing by our customer was made so much easier by this individuals actions. I bet behind most successful organisations there must be Lionels but I hope that this company recognises this individual that makes a difference.
I would like to thank Lionel Miles for all the help he has given me in sorting out a warranty claim with Mercedes over the problems with my fire opal red SLK 200.He has put in a lot of work and effort on my behalf over the past few weeks dealing with Mercedes and has secured a very satisfactory outcome for myself.He has not only been very helpful but very professional,polite and has always returned my telephone calls promptly could not have wished for better service Thanks again John hall

work was ok , staff pleasant. Had a problem after picking my car up. took it back and it was still an issue. contacted them several times and they have never got back to me. Still have the problem. Sign of poor customer service when a company doesn't put things right when they go wrong. Hence the review.
